Two North East Digital Businesses to Partner

Darlington-based Resilient Business Systems and Redcar’s Duco Digital are partnering to expand their professional digital marketing and IT services.

Resilient Business Systems, owned and managed by Andrew and Michelle Read, are a Managed Technology Service Provider which has been serving businesses with IT services, IT support and Cyber Security for 15 years.

The company has seen a surge in demand from business across the UK needing to embrace technology more and more, and they have worked hard to provide training, support and security on applications such as Microsoft Teams, for home and video calling capabilities, as well as providing automated workflow during the last 12 months.

Andrew Read, director of Resilient Business Systems said: “As the digital economy is growing, customer needs are becoming more complex, by partnering together, we can better serve each of our customer-bases by mutually offering specialised and experienced IT and marketing support to help them grow."

Duco Digital has been supporting businesses with commercial websites, SharpSpring marketing automation, social media services, digital marketing training and their new accredited distance-learning courses in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
