"Only 11% of UK companies export.. so much opportunity..."
New North East England Chamber members Duco Digital recently moved into new premises at the Innovation Centre in Redcar.
The young digital marketing business specialises in empowering SMEs to leverage opportunities to build awareness of their product or service, pro-actively network and engage with their audience, generate leads and build sales.
Darren Winter, Company Director, explains they adopt a unique approach to support their client’s needs. This involves delivering a hybrid of powerful social media marketing management, Google optimised websites, creating effective marketing and social media strategies, and if required personalised training to ensure their client’s business is set for success and future proofed as much as possible.
Darren says "We often find companies underestimate the potential impact a marketing and social media strategy can have on their business and its opportunity for success. This is because decision makers have so many responsibilities, financial commitments that preclude them to hire a specialist, or a lack of confidence or IT skills. This means, they are potentially missing out on free opportunities and sector knowledge which can help drive and lead their business on a daily basis."
This comes on the back of insights from Google last month, who say 53% of users who visit websites which do not work properly on their mobile phone abandon their visit. And around half of users that search for local businesses near to them, visit within 24 hours.
In July, Google started imposing ‘penalties’ on business websites which are not mobile-friendly, secure or fast loading.
"As a qualified marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience as a senior manager from the Retail and Leisure sector, I understand the frustrations in growing a business from scratch or the decision making around having to grow quickly.
Those businesses already working with Duco Digital are reaping the benefits of the Google changes over their competitors and growing their business.
We have already established an excellent reputation within the business community across Teesside for our professional and unique approach with our clients reporting positive and instantaneous results from our social media and website projects to generate new business."
Darren explains they work with businesses of all sectors from sole traders on the high street, service providers and B2B sector such as the finance sector and have a range of effective solutions which are affordable to most businesses.
He goes on to say "And it’s not just focused on UK marketing activities. Joining the Chamber makes you realise the opportunities available to export goods and services, as only 11% companies are currently exporting. With so much opportunity and with the final quarter of 2018 ahead of us, there’s no better time to get social media and marketing in place and working effectively for your business."
