After discovering businesses were being held to ransom from marketing agencies charging exorbitatnt monthly costs for little work and very poor service, our Director Darren Winter decided to do something about this.
Darren started Duco Digital in October 2017 as a professional social media marketing business which was affordable, transparent and delivered results with great customer service.
He wanted this service to empower business owners with knowledge and information to successfully promote and manage their business online.
As news of Duco Digital has spread, customer-demand for complementary digital marketing services led to additional specialised digital marketing services, such as commercial website design, marketing automation (SharpSpring), CRM, SEO, PPC, consultancy and training - all with the same promise of competitve prices, improved service and empowerment.
Duco’s website clients enjoy having full access, knowledge and control to update their websites when they need to without any rental fees, or relying on firms who charge for each small request and waiting for weeks for replies. This is why Duco Digital have a 5 star service rating.
Amongst this growth, Darren has championed the business community by Chairing the Redcar Town Deal Board oversseing how £25m of Government money can transform Redcar, Acting-Chair for Redcar Cleveland Ambassadors, a place marketing group to positively promote Redcar & Cleveland as a place to live, invest and enjoy and voluntarily managing and supporting community groups and projects, and providing opportunities at Duco for paid opportunities - Apprenticeship and Graduate Growth scheme.
In 2020, Duco won Best social Media Marketing business in North East England.
